Welcome to the OFEK Learning Center

TouchOFEK

The OFEK Learning Center serves as the educational unit of OFEK – The Israeli Association for the Study of Group, Organizational, and Social Processes. Rooted in the Group Relations model (the Tavistock tradition), the Center combines psychoanalytic theory with open systems thinking to foster a deep understanding of conscious and unconscious dynamics within individuals, groups, organizations, and society. We offer a safe space for experiential inquiry, providing practical tools and systemic conceptual frameworks to lead and consult in complex environments.

  • Executives & Leaders across corporate, public, and social sectors.
  • Organizational Consultants & HR Professionals guiding complex organizational processes.
  • Therapists & Mental Health Professionals working in clinical and institutional settings.
