Online Small Group -

Experiencing the Dynamics of Working and Leading Online

Online Series in English

A significant amount of working life now happens online, bringing real opportunities alongside unique challenges. Online Small Group is a series of meetings offering participants the opportunity to explore, both experientially and conceptually, the underlying dynamics of working and leading online.

When we work remotely, much more is going on than the representations that appear on the screen — visible tasks and exchanges are constantly influenced by less visible, often unconscious processes that shape how we communicate, collaborate, and take up roles, dynamics that can impact effectiveness, creativity, and wellbeing.

Understanding what happens — consciously and unconsciously — to group dynamics, authority, and connection in this space becomes essential for anyone working or leading within it. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how the virtual medium shapes group life and leadership — a lens they can carry into their daily work with teams, groups and individuals online.

What is in the series?

The first five meetings are dedicated to exploring and learning from the “here and now” — the processes taking place within the group as they happen, shaping how the group works and relates. The last two meetings turn to a conceptual discussion of the visible and invisible dynamics of working online.

Who is the series for?

For those working and leading in virtual spaces — managers, consultants, facilitators, therapists, and anyone who works with others in online and virtual settings.

This series will take place in English. The number of places is limited!
