OFEK BaShetach is OFEK’s organizational consultancy arm. Its primary task is to offer personal, group and organizational consulting in the psychoanalytic-systemic perspective, mainly to NGOs, public and government organizations.

OFEK BaShetach has carried out projects with a wide variety of clients, including MACCABI Health Services, The Israeli Psychoanalytic Society, Hadassah Hospital, ELEM, The Haruv Institute, The School for Managers Training of the Educational Psychology Service in Tel Aviv, Educational Psychology Service Sha’ar HaNegev, Be’er Ya’acov Mental Health Center, The Medical Unit of the Psychologists’ Union, Youth at Risk Forum, Consultancy Center for Women, and more.
