Registration Terms and Cancellation Policy
Registration, Certificate, and Cancellation Policy
- Validity of Registration
Registration for a course or study track takes effect and secures your place only after completing the registration form and making payment in full (by credit card or bank transfer on behalf of your employer).
- Requirements for Receiving a Certificate of Completion
- A certificate of completion is conditional on attending at least 90% of course sessions.
- In courses concluding with an experiential seminar, participation in the seminar is a mandatory condition for receiving the certificate.
- In the annual track, receiving the annual certificate of completion is conditional on receiving a certificate for each of the three trimesters of the track.
- Benefit for Annual Track Participants
Annual track participants may attend the experiential seminars free of charge, provided they register in advance, no later than two weeks before the seminar date. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
A cancellation request will be considered valid only if submitted in writing to: touchofek@ofekgrouprelations.org.
The cancellation policy is divided between the statutory cancellation right and the Center’s policy, which is more favorable than the law requires:
Cancellation under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (distance-selling transaction):
— All registrants: Registration may be cancelled within 14 days of the date of registration and payment, provided the cancellation is submitted at least two days (not including rest days) before the course start date.
— Senior citizens and people with disabilities: Under Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law, these individuals may cancel their registration within 4 months of the date of registration, provided the cancellation is submitted at least two days (not including rest days) before the course start date.
— For cancellations under this section, the payment will be refunded less a statutory cancellation fee of 5% of the amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
- The Study Center’s Cancellation Policy (after the statutory cancellation period has ended):
Where the statutory cancellation period (as detailed in section a) has passed, the following cancellation terms apply, calculated backward from the start date of studies. These terms do not derogate from the consumer’s rights under law.
Single courses and seminars (trimester):
— Up to two weeks before the start of the course or seminar: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
— Up to one week before the start of the course or seminar: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
— Less than one week before the course starts, or after it has started: no refund.
Annual track:
— Up to two weeks before the start of the first course: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
— Up to one week before the start of the second trimester: 50% of the track cost will be refunded.
— Before the start of the third trimester: no refund.
— Under no circumstances will a refund be given after the relevant course/trimester has started. - Cancellation Initiated by the Study Center:
If a course is cancelled or postponed by us for any reason, registrants will be refunded the full amount paid, with no deductions or cancellation fees.
