Role Analysis is a unique technique used in organizational consulting and training programs to help individuals explore, with the help of others, the psychological and systemic aspects of their work dilemmas and job performance. Role Analysis enables individuals to examine their experiences and behaviors in role, with a view to facilitating development and possibilities for change, increasing the potential to more fully express oneself in role, and enhancing overall effectiveness and personal satisfaction.

The analysis focuses on self, role, and organization or organizational context, considering the interrelations between each of these elements and their impact on the dilemmas and challenges in the person’s current role. It will address among other things, formal and informal aspects of role and authority relations.

What is in the course?

The course includes 7 meetings in a small group. Participants study the theoretical foundations on which the methodology is based, experience a variety of Role Analysis models and tools, and have opportunities to present and work on dilemmas from their current roles. The course instructors will help each person prepare their dilemma(s).

Who is the course for?

Managers, organizational consultants, human resource professionals, leaders in social and/or non-profit organizations, and anyone who holds roles where they influence others in organizational and social contexts.

This course will be held in English. The number of places is limited!
